White male in his late teens or early 20’s, 5’8” to 6’00” tall, approximately 130 to 150 pounds, slender build, black or dark brown hair. Hair has been described as long but may have been recently cut. Suspect is always wearing a black beanie or uses something to cover his head. On one occasion, the suspect was wearing what was described as a tan or light yellow fisherman style “Gilligan” hat.
